in some cultures dogs are part of daily cusine. in somecows are worshiped. what would other cultures look at as strange or unacceptable in our culture, food or otherwise? when there is hot dogs and most would find that strange just because of the name but if they would out what was in it they would go running for the hills.

in what situation is it wise for a friend to give advice and when should they just listen???.... well i believe that they should always listen first. cause how are they cuppose to now what to give on advice if they dont listen? i would always listen first then i would decide on weither they should or shouldnt give advice.

you have been struggling financially your whole life. you just won a million dollar lottery. do you give any to charity?.....pshhhhh NO no body gave me charity money when i was struggling........ JUST KIDDING. i would most definietly donate money to charity it might not be a million dollars but it will deffintly help. if someones in need you help them weither you wanted to or not and what better way to help out the world than to give charity money!!

if someone you loved was seriously injured or killed by a texting driver, would that stop you from ever texting while driving?... i must say that it would. i would not want to be a reason someone is dead. and besides its to difficult to text and drive anyways. im what you might say not cordinated enough to do it. i dont think that anybody is cordinated enough to text and drive. most people arent even cordinated enough to talk and drive! but if i had to go through living with out a loved one because someone was texting and driving i would most definetly not text and drive...

earnest essay

earnestness? identity? i didnt know! do you know? well i can explain! you know you should read the book the importance of being earnest! such a great book that some may say its hard to follow, but i must say that i followed pretty easily. but i also love love love to read you will always find me with nook in hand.but this essay is not about me. this essay is about helping you and others get a better understanding of the word earnestness, identity, and everything in common with these to words.
earnestness: is a serious or intent state of mind. no drama. : ) meaning that that charicater is serious and not imature and starting fights. i believe that in the book the improtance of being earnest! that lady bracknell is 100% earnest! gwendolyn, jack, cecily, and algernon are all serious at some point but are mostly goofy, wierd. the is always room for earnestness. just remember not to loos that fun.
identity:  sameness of essential or generic character in different instances. now this could cause some drama. if someone acts like someone else, and does not use their own identity; and someone finds out, they could be not so happy about it which sucks alot. in the book the importance of being earnest. jack and algernon pretend to be people they are not causing mishap. even miss prism sort of in a way does this but she doesnt mean to!!!
this book has both and can help with alot! recomend ya read!

if i had a black box of life it would have math, english, science, music, sewing, guitar, history, and cheer, piano, dance, fire, and etc. because this is all things that i have learned to love and will possibly use through out my life tada

what we need to do to incourage more fruits and vegetables is just get ride of fast food in jeneral i mean really if there was only fruits and vegetables then they would only eat the fruit and the vegetables fast food is bad and it may be  hard to get ride of but hey its worth trying isnt it

the ability to just look at everyone and just have them all shut up and stop doing stupid thing like drugs or drinking be a criminal and if that did not work i would just take some rope and one by one tie each person to a post so they can do stupid stuff

i think punishment is the way to go. if you do the crime youve got to do the time. think about it. would you want a killer roming the streets because they got of the hook. for killing some one i think not. i sure wouldnt because im not about to die because the state doesnt think its manitory to punish some one i would rather be in jail myself. seriously they need to pay the price..

i would choose to the great wall of china. Since i was little and i and i watched mulan. and you could see the great wall of china it was awesome. it would be awesome to stand at the top of the world. i love being high and the great wall of china is acent history.

Genre of music

As you all know pop music is music that we have labeled as popular. Pop music originated from Jazz, Blues, Folk, and Dance, Doo-wop, Rock and roll and Classical music. These are all music that is still used throughout the world. Pop music is a way for people to express their feeling. Often used in pop music is Vocals, Synthesizer, Drum machine, Sequencer, Sampler, Bass guitar, Drums, Keyboards, Acoustic guitar, and Piano.( pop music) These instruments are all used to better the sound of the music.

            Jazz music is a mixture between African American and European music. It varies from Blues, Folks, March, Ragtime music. The time of jazz music was a pretty big deal. Jazz music began in the 1910’s. This was the time of slavery; people were fighting for their freedom. Many instruments used in jazz are Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute, Vibraphone, Trumpet, Piano, Guitar, Banjo, Tuba, Double bass, Bass guitar, Vocals, Trombone, and Drum kit.( jazz music) The main instrument I hear in jazz music is the Saxophone. Jazz music is very moving; it explains what people were going through and was a big piece in history.

            Classical music is 19th century music. To me this would make it very boring because it is old. The instruments used in the 19^th century were all old instruments that were modified for better sound. Instruments used then were the piano, harpsichord, organ, flutes, oboes, horns and violins, trumpets, timpani, bagpipes, vihuelas, and hurdy-gurdies.( classical music) Some of these instruments I’m familiar with some I even know how to play some of these instruments but lots of them I have no clue what they even are. I just read a book that is based on an event that is a very long time ago. In this book there is a girl that can play the harp. A harp is a very complicated instrument.

Dance music is music composed specifically to facilitate or accompany dancing. ( Dance music) dance music I music that you would use in the tango, can-can, waltz, salsa, ballet ballroom. In 1981 electrical music became a rising genre. Electronics were manly used to make this music.

Rock n roll was mostly in the 1940s to the 1950s. In the earliest rock and roll styles of the late 1940s and early 1950s, either the piano or saxophone was often the lead instrument, but these were generally replaced or supplemented by guitar in the middle to late 1950s.(rock n roll music) rock music usually has one or 2 electric guitars.

Swing music, or simply Swing, is a form of American music that developed in the early 1930s and became a distinctive style by 1940. (Swing music) when thinking of swing music I think of swing dancing. Swing music was also created by the African Americans.

I find folk music quite interesting. My voice lesson teacher was very much into folk music all the songs she made me sing were folk music. Although it may sound weird I found it very fascinating. There is a lot of folk instruments like try over 75 of them. Accordion, bagpipe, banjo, drum, fiedil / Fiddle, guitar, harmonica, harmonium, jug, kazoo, musical saw, pan flute, recorder, Snare Drum, ukulele, violin, washboard, willow flute.(folk instruments) I wasn’t lying when I said there was a lot. Folk music is based off of a story line. The stories are manly on the rough life they had but at the end of the day they are happy.

In conclusion the genres of music are all tied together in many ways. Each genre of music is a way for someone to express their emotions and feelings. All genres of music evolved from one another. Without the genres of music there wouldn’t be options, and without option all would be the same. I may not like some of the genres of music but there is a purpose for all of them.

Equality Can Ruin!!!!!
I found equality in not only the book anthem but also in the book the giver. These books both show different kinds of equality. equality can be a good thing in many ways but also can be bad the good and the bad may weigh each other out at times but thats not always the case. . sameness/equality depends on your own opinion. If you had come from one of the community’s in this book you would not have an opinion, because you would not know what opinion means. Knowing you are entitled to your own opinion you tend act open and rebel. Sameness equality is not always bad, but also not always good.

In the book the giver equality is a big part in the community although it may just be a book there is big possibilities that this is what the world will become. The community in the giver are very concealed they have restriction, as in they are limited to the freedom they are given not only do they not get to choose their parent they also don’t choose their companion or their jobs that they will be stuck with the rest of their life’s. In the giver Jonas is chosen as the receiver of memories, he is chosen for this job not only because of his smartness but also for his ability to see beyond. Jonas comes to learn that things can be different from the way they are in the community. Being the receiver of memories he receives the memories from before his time, from before they had so many rules, from before they were told what their jobs were. When everything was loved. “I am going to give you the memory of snow,” the old man said, and placed his hands on Jonas’s bare back.” (Lowry 79) the giver is a great book. many may be worried about the book giving others the idea to make everything the same. this book very much could change the world in the future. the giver is a good book i recomend this book to others only if they don't plan on getting any idea’s. : )

in the book anthem equality is an even bigger part in the community. in the anthem there's hundreds with the same name just different digits on the end. they all have no title to their own opinion. equality is a street sweeper who like jonas in the giver can see beyond. he has ideas but his idea’s are pushed away because he is a street sweeperthey have levels of importance in this book and he is not important. therefore he leaves starting his own live with the girl he loves who knows what is to come but i know the world is gonna be great.
equality can be a good thing in many ways, but also can be bad the good and the bad may weigh each other out at times but that may not always be the case. think about it the good is how our life is good there is sameness but not enough to ruin our lifes but there is same samess. the bad is in the 2 books that we read in class no one has their own opinion. they are told what their job is. and they are very limited. some good is well think about it we all are the same because we are all entitled to our own opinions.
in conclusion sameness can be good but when it comes down to it i dont choose that path of life for me.if thats what you choose cooodo’s to you but i like life the way it is. sameness can be good but the bad its gunna crush the good.
